Donnelly Marks earned a BFA in sculpture and fine art photography from Carnegie Mellon University. She is an active member of the vibrant, Long Island City arts community, home to MOMA PS1, The Noguchi Museum, CultureLabLIC, Socrates Sculpture Park, and many art galleries. Long Island City is a destination for artists, gallerists, curators and collectors.

Marks exhibits regularly including – Ann Marie Sculpture Center - Smithsonian Affiliate, Maryland; Westbeth Gallery, NYC; Prince Street Gallery NYC; Queens College Art Center, NYC; Jamaica Arts Center, NYC; AHA Fine Art, NYC; Montana Modern Fine Art, MT; Miller Art Gallery, PGH; Carnegie Museum of Natural History, PGH; and is represented on Artsy through Spliced Connector as well as Saatchi Art. She has lectured on photography at Savannah College of Art and Design and presented new photography work for The Closer at PhotoShelter in NYC.

Studio visits by appointment and during Open Studio (May 2024 date TBD) which is located in the industrial art hub of Long Island City, NY.
